Meeting called to order at 10:11am by Andrew Hauer

Credentials ctte preliminary report
Dominic Ciresi gave the report: 90 delegates and 1 alternate

Election of permanent Convention Chair Nomination open - Margaret Anderson-Kelliher
Motion to vote Margaret chair unanimously - passes.

Rules committee report on adoption of rules:
Tyron Bujold, Ryan Greenwood amendment to rules
would like a 10 minute Q and A immediately after candidate speech
Mike Goldner: oppose the motion
David Wilson: support the question and answer session
John Beihl: oppose questions -- suggests you can do it one on one.
Call for the vote: No's have it to a 10 minute q&A session
All those in favor for standard rule of the convention - passes

Adoption of agenda: passes

Affirmative action statement read by Margaret Anderson Kelliher at 10:20

Mayor RT Rybak to speak.

Fundraising appeal - Anderson-Kelliher makes an appeal and passes the cans

Speaker: Anita Tabb - Candidate for Park Board

Endorsement of candidates for city convention
Pearl Cole: Nominates Lisa Goodman
Al Rihter seconded nomination
Motion to close nominations. Michael Krause moves for unanimous ballot, seconded.
David Wilson was upset with treatment he received by Lisa and wants to go on record against her nomination.
Not unanimous so we have endorsement vote
All those in favor:
Lisa Goodman is endorsed as 7th ward council member
can speak for 10 minutes
