Kind of located in the northern spur of South Side, Thirteen Street Station doesn't actually exist for most people. Something big went down here, and did stuff to this subway station. Stairs that used to lead to street level now simply end in a blank ceiling, a la The Winchester Mystery House.
No one who's ever tried to claim it as their turf has ever been able to hold onto it. Thus, it's ended up being the ultimate "neutral ground" of the Occult Underground. Even the bitterest foes will band together to preserve the sanctuary of the Station. Adepts must spend a minor charge while travelling in the subway system to enter the Thirteenth Street Station. After this expenditure, the next station approached will be Thirteenth Street Station.
However, usually, no one will ever see the adept step off the train, and most mundanes don't even realize they've come to a station; the exception are those mundanes with Soul attributes of 70+. Anyone the adept is touching will be carried along with him. However, all that is required to exit the Station is to wait for the next train, which runs every 10 minutes or so. The Bazaar of the Bizarre is held inside this station once a month.
