First-time Configuration
This is for setting your machine up with Sound Internet for the first time or re-installing from scratch.
- Windows NT Dialup Access - If you are configuring your Windows NT computer to dial up to Sound Internet this will walk you through some of the basics.
- Windows NT DSL Setup - This will help you configure TCP/IP on your NT machine for DSL.

Troubleshooting/Fixing Problems
These pages will assist you in finding solutions to problems you may experience with your service.
- Setting Up Your Own World Wide Web Page Under Windows NT -If you'd like to set up your own home page on the World Wide Web, this will tell you how.
- DNS Problems with Windows NT - If you are able to connect to Sound Internet but are unable to use most/any services (ie. eMail, World Wide Web, IRC) your Domain Name Service (DNS) settings may be incorrect. This will explain how to check for yourself.
- Connection and Disconnection Problems - If you are having problems getting good connection speeds, or getting disconnected.
