Sound Internet DSL
DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) is a new telecommunications technology that utilizies the bandwidth of the phonelines already running into your home or business to offer you always-on high-speed Internet. Sick of dealing with slow modems? With DSL, you can achieve speeds up to 25 times faster than an analog modem!
Sound Internet provides raDSL services, which is Rate Adaptive DSL, an extension of aDSL used to support varying upstream and downstream bandwidth configurations depending on the line's transmission quality. All you need to begin is an existing phoneline that meets certain Qwest DSL requirements.
What is the price?
DSL pricing has two portions to it - the Qwest DSL phone service (which you will receive on your monthly phone statement) and the Sound Internet Internet account. Pricing structure is available here.
